That’s why we offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly shift reports of support worker (SW) notes to service coordinators (SC) and all key stakeholders. This ensures everyone involved is well-informed about the progress and updates regarding the care provided.

We value the importance of building trust and connection between our clients and support workers right from the start. Before signing up, we provide meet and greet opportunities with our organization and potential workers. If the meet and greet is successful, the sign-up process can commence during this interaction. This allows for a smoother transition and a better understanding of the support worker who will be involved in your loved one’s care.

We prioritize consistency and personalized care. Our dedicated client service team is assigned to each customer, overseeing all aspects of rostering. This means you and your family can have direct communication with the same person at all times, ensuring continuity and a familiar point of contact for any questions or concerns.

We believe in continuous learning and collaboration. Our client services team actively participates in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) training alongside our support workers. This shared training fosters better understanding, support, and consistent implementation of PBS strategies, ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.

Continuity of care is vital for a positive support experience. We understand this, and that’s why we guarantee that the same support worker will be consistently available for your loved one. We promptly create permanent rosters to ensure a stable and familiar presence, building a strong and trusting relationship between the client and the support worker.
