Yash Virk is a empathetic CEO of Eragon Disability Support Services in Adelaide, is a firm believer in the right to a quality life for all. Leading with love and care, he is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and making a positive impact. With a background in construction, Yash has honed his entrepreneurial skills, successfully completing various projects.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Yash finds solace in the therapeutic embrace of horse riding, connecting with nature and rejuvenating his spirit. His passion for equestrian pursuits reflects his deep appreciation for the beauty and harmony that exist within the natural world.

Kate Brown is a compassionate and highly skilled General Manager with a wealth of experience in the disability services industry spanning almost two decades. From her early days at DCS, Kate has shown a deep commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities. As a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Manager, Kate worked tirelessly to provide 24/7 support to clients, ensuring they received the highest quality of care.
Throughout her career, Kate has been recognized as a leader in her field, earning numerous promotions and accolades. Her expertise in the transition to the NDIS has been invaluable, and she has been instrumental in developing new support strategies that meet the unique needs of clients.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kate is an avid sports fan who enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and supporting local sporting events. She understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance and encourages her team to prioritize self-care and personal interests.

Danni Reeves
Meet Daniella (Danni) Reeves, a dynamic and compassionate Client Services Manager with a passion for making a positive impact in the disability services industry. With nearly four years of experience, Danni has established herself as a trusted and dedicated professional, with a wealth of knowledge and skills.
Starting her career as a Rostering Officer, Danni quickly developed a strong understanding of the scheduling needs of disability service clients. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills quickly earned her recognition among her colleagues and superiors.
As a Customer Service Officer, Danni honed her communication and problem-solving skills, becoming a trusted resource for clients and their families. Her commitment to providing exceptional service led to her promotion as Services Manager, where she skillfully oversaw the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that every client received the highest level of care possible.
When Danni isn’t hard at work, she loves to indulge in her passion for sports, travel and socializing. Whether exploring new parts of Australia or attending a networking event, she understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Nadia Qasimy
Nadia is not your average Specialist Support Coordinator – she’s a dynamic and compassionate professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports. With several years of experience in the disability sector and the added benefit of lived experience, Nadia brings a unique perspective and a broad range of skills to her work.
In 2020, Nadia graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is currently completing her honours degree. She started her career as a Support Worker and quickly gained a deep understanding of the needs of people with disabilities. Nadia’s natural talent for building strong relationships with clients and their families earned her recognition among her colleagues and superiors.
As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Nadia’s approach centered around her clients, empowering them to develop personalized plans to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her unwavering dedication and compassion to her clients were widely recognized, and she was promoted to the role of Specialist Support Coordinator. In this role, Nadia provides invaluable guidance and support to clients and their families through the complex NDIS system.
When not working, Nadia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and exploring the outdoors, particularly through camping and travel.
With her unique skillset, compassionate approach, and unwavering dedication, Nadia hopes to continue making a significant impact in the disability sector for many years to come.

Chris O'Connor
Chris O’Connor is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the community sector, ranging from support worker to CEO. Focused on building trust and shared vision, Chris strives to improve outcomes for customers, stakeholders, staff, and service providers. With a solution-focused approach, they empower individuals to shape their own destinies and embrace a positive future.
Beyond their professional pursuits, Chris is a passionate sports enthusiast who finds joy and camaraderie in participating in various sports. They understand the value of staying active and connected to the world outside of work. Additionally, Chris enjoys solving cryptic crosswords, a mental exercise that sharpens their mind, stimulates creativity, and enhances problem-solving skills.
