Yash Virk

CEO

Yash is the CEO of Eragon Disability Support Services in Adelaide, is a firm believer in the right to a quality life for all. Leading with love and care, he is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and making a positive impact. With a background in construction, Yash has honed his entrepreneurial skills, successfully completing various projects.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Yash finds solace in the therapeutic embrace of horse riding, connecting with nature and rejuvenating his spirit. His passion for equestrian pursuits reflects his deep appreciation for the beauty and harmony that exist within the natural world.

Yash’s leadership style serves as an inspiring example to others, encouraging them to embrace diversity and celebrate the immense potential of every individual. His unwavering commitment to inclusion and his ability to lead with compassion and determination pave the way for a future where individuals with disabilities are valued, respected, and given equal opportunities to thrive. Kate Brown​

General Manager

Kate is a compassionate and highly skilled General Manager with a wealth of experience in the disability services industry spanning almost two decades. From her early days at DCS, Kate has shown a deep commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities. As a Supported Independent Living (SIL) Manager, Kate worked tirelessly to provide 24/7 support to clients, ensuring they received the highest quality of care.

Throughout her career, Kate has been recognized as a leader in her field, earning numerous promotions and accolades. Her expertise in the transition to the NDIS has been invaluable, and she has been instrumental in developing new support strategies that meet the unique needs of clients.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kate is an avid sports fan who enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and supporting local sporting events. She understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance and encourages her team to prioritize self-care and personal interests.

With her wealth of experience, leadership skills, and unwavering dedication to helping others, Kate is committed to making a lasting impact in the disability services industry for years to come.

Danni Reeves

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Meet Daniella (Danni) Reeves, a dynamic and compassionate Client Services Manager with a passion for making a positive impact in the disability services industry. With nearly four years of experience, Danni has established herself as a trusted and dedicated professional, with a wealth of knowledge and skills.

Starting her career as a Rostering Officer, Danni quickly developed a strong understanding of the scheduling needs of disability service clients. Her meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills quickly earned her recognition among her colleagues and superiors.

As a Customer Service Officer, Danni honed her communication and problem-solving skills, becoming a trusted resource for clients and their families. Her commitment to providing exceptional service led to her promotion as Services Manager, where she skillfully oversaw the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that every client received the highest level of care possible.

When Danni isn’t hard at work, she loves to indulge in her passion for sports, travel and socializing. Whether exploring new parts of Australia or attending a networking event, she understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Danni’s diverse skill set and strong work ethic make her an invaluable member of the Eragon team, and she is poised to continue making a significant impact in the disability services industry for years to come.

Nadia Qasimy

SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Nadia is not your average Specialist Support Coordinator – she’s a dynamic and compassionate professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports. With several years of experience in the disability sector and the added benefit of lived experience, Nadia brings a unique perspective and a broad range of skills to her work.

In 2020, Nadia graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is currently completing her honours degree. She started her career as a Support Worker and quickly gained a deep understanding of the needs of people with disabilities. Nadia’s natural talent for building strong relationships with clients and their families earned her recognition among her colleagues and superiors.

As a Psychosocial Recovery Coach, Nadia’s approach centered around her clients, empowering them to develop personalized plans to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Her unwavering dedication and compassion to her clients were widely recognized, and she was promoted to the role of Specialist Support Coordinator. In this role, Nadia provides invaluable guidance and support to clients and their families through the complex NDIS system.

When not working, Nadia enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and exploring the outdoors, particularly through camping and travel.

With her unique skillset, compassionate approach, and unwavering dedication, Nadia hopes to continue making a significant impact in the disability sector for many years to come.

Chris O'Connor

SIL / SDA MANAGER

Chris O’Connor is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the community sector, ranging from support worker to CEO. Focused on building trust and shared vision, Chris strives to improve outcomes for customers, stakeholders, staff, and service providers. With a solution-focused approach, he empowers individuals to shape their own destinies and embrace a positive future.

Beyond the professional pursuits, Chris is a passionate sports enthusiast who finds joy and camaraderie in participating in various sports. Chris understands the value of staying active and connected to the world outside of work. Additionally, Chris enjoys solving cryptic crosswords, a mental exercise that sharpens mind, stimulates creativity, and enhances problem-solving skills. By maintaining a fresh and agile mindset, Chris confidently navigates both personal and professional challenges with clarity.

Claudine Sutter

CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER

Claudine is a dedicated Client Services Officer with over five years of experience in the disability services sector. Having previously held the role of Senior Customer Relations Officer and Community Support Worker, Claudine possesses a wealth of expertise in fostering strong relationships with clients and their families.

Before diving into disability services, Claudine also has a background in aged care, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of individuals requiring specialised assistance.  Claudine’s multifaceted experiences in disability services and aged care, make her a compassionate advocate for those in need,

Outside of her professional sphere, Claudine finds joy in exploring new destinations through travel, maintaining an active lifestyle, and cherishing the companionship of her furry friends and family.

Craig Walker

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR

Craig is passionate about helping others. Supporting others to see their potential and achieve their goals is his focus every day in the Community Services sector. Starting as a Support Worker, Craig worked his way to a Leadership position in Supported Independent Living. This ultimately led to a Management Position in Client Support Services.

Having been born and raised in rural South Australia as the son of a Country Police Officer, Craig loves the outdoors and exploring what this great state has to offer. Craig’s passion for supporting others goes beyond the field of work he loves. Craig has been a member of the Volunteer Emergency Services for many years and he is currently an active member of the Eastern Adelaide State Emergency Services. Craig also volunteers with the Fire and Rescue crew at many major Motorsports events. If there’s action and adventure to be found, Craig will find it.

Lisa Turton

SUPPORT COORDINATOR, RIVERLAND

Lisa joins Eragon with a wealth of knowledge in the NDIS Space as a Support Coordinator in the Riverland. Dedicated to facilitating positive outcomes for individuals with diverse abilities, Lisa is an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator with a foundation in direct support, Medical and Nursing agency administration, with skills honed in managing complex administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. This experience extends to tertiary education, where she has successfully navigated the intricacies of academic administration, ensuring seamless operations in support of educational excellence.

Working with individuals with varying abilities in both aged care and disability environments, Lisa has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and aspirations of each person. I am dedicated to coordinating access to supports that prioritise autonomy, dignity, and holistic well-being.

Lisa’s vision and belief, is that every individual, regardless of ability, should have the opportunity to thrive and participate fully in their community. Through NDIS support coordination, and is devoted to supporting individuals to set and achieve their goals, building capacity, fostering independence, and promoting a society that values diversity.
